Our refund commitment
If your eligible ActiveBall product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or meaningfully different from the item you ordered, contact our support team so we can review the issue and provide the most appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or additional troubleshooting guidance.
For standard returns, products should be sent back in clean, complete, and returnable condition with original accessories, manuals, parts, packaging materials, and proof of purchase. We recommend inspecting all products shortly after delivery, especially larger items such as basketball hoops, soccer goals, golf club sets, and baseball bats.
- 1 Returns must be requested within 30 days. Eligible return or exchange requests should be started within 30 days of delivery so our team can review the order while the delivery record is current.
- 2 Items must be complete and properly protected. Please include all included components, accessories, instruction sheets, original packaging, and protective materials whenever available.
- 3 Used sports gear may require inspection. Equipment showing heavy wear, damage from misuse, outdoor exposure, impact abuse, improper assembly, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.
- 4 Contact support before shipping anything back. Our team will help confirm the correct return path and may request photos, packaging images, or a short explanation before a return is approved.
